CONSIDERANDO-SE O QUE ESTA OCORRENDO NA REALIDADE ESCOLAR BRASILEIRA, UMA EVIDENCIA SE IMPOE. ENQUANTO O INICIO DA DEMOCRATIZAÇAO DO ENSINO EXPRESSO PELO SIMPLES AUMENTO QUANTITATIVO DE ESCOLAs, pôde aconteceer sob um regime autoritário, o prosseguimento desse processo, daqui por diante, insere´-se necessariamente no movimento de democratização da sociedade.
